Jed V. Davis
Jed is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of DDI, Inc., and the President of Estuary, LLC, which are both headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. In his role with these Companies, Mr. Davis also oversees the operations of the Davis Family Office and their numerous affiliated entities. Through these entities, Mr. Davis directs various operating companies and investment interests, including multiple real estate related development activities.
Development activities include the approximately 13,000 acre Nocatee master-planned community in Ponte Vedra, Florida that was consistently ranked among the top selling master-planned communities in the country. The Nocatee community was also named the “Best Place to Live in Florida” by Newsweek Magazine and has received numerous awards for its master planning and environmental stewardship. Other development includes the 2,000 acre “e-Town” development known for its innovative approach to sustainable living and modern amenities and which has also ranked as one of the top 10 master-planned communities in the country. It has also earned several awards for its thoughtful master planning, its innovative approach to community development, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
Mr. Davis has a long history of commitment to the community with a particular focus on education and healthcare. This commitment to the community is reflected through his previous and current involvement with charitable boards and organizations on both a local and national level, which include:

Mr. Davis is a native and life-long resident of Jacksonville. He is a graduate of the Episcopal School of Jacksonville and the University of North Florida, Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science. He and his wife, Jill, live in the San Marco area of Jacksonville with their three sons.
